McDonald's in Sigmaringen

Normal Mc Donalds, but every time there is some other problem. Last time a Sprite was just water with a dash of Sprite and this time the staff was simply too incapable of giving me proper advice as their customer.

Quick cheap and easily confused but friendly staff

Today we went to get food from Mc Drive, unfortunately a Big Mac was not packed enough for us! Is really disappointing and not work at all!

Coupons selected and off to McDonald's in Sigmaringen. Very annoying, after a long wait at the drive-in, a very unfriendly staff told you that only one coupon can be redeemed per car. That's really great when there are four of you in the car ... The guy at the counter tells you that if you want to redeem more coupons you have to drive through the drive-in several times, line up four times forever ... That is sometimes fast food ... no flexibility, no customer service ... Well then stop a kebab.

Fast service, friendly in the MC drive and everything you ordered in the bag

Clean and well-arranged place. We had no problems with parking and the toilets are clean. The tables are wiped. I ordered via the app and had the food brought to my seat, the staff had no problems finding the right table and the service is very, very quick when ordering via the app. Clean place with good staff. Experience was good.

Got too expensive and doesn't taste that good anymore.

The tables were not cleaned properly, the same cloth was always used and it was never washed out. Staff friendly

Standard McDonalds in itself. BUT Sauces were forgotten and lukewarm fries were served. The toilets were simply under all cannon. One with skid marks etc from the predecessor and the garbage can for paper towels overflowed. Likewise was the condition of the sink.

Awful. So if you only speak German, you've lost. It is better to bring your own sauces, otherwise the citizens are extremely dusty.

We were there tonight. However, the air conditioning was set a bit cool. Not so pleasant to eat indoors. Service okay.

Badly organized on our visiting day. The staff was strictly overwhelmed even though more than enough employees were present. Couldn't speak German very well and there were 3 pieces of our family order (8 burgers). just cold.

Eat there regularly and find the restaurant much better compared to other Mc’s. Always clean, nice staff and food is well prepared.

I am always served in a friendly manner ... Even if sometimes not everything goes so correctly.

Really unfriendly and not really recommended, but you still go there. They may not care, they have no competition nearby

So I've never had such a thing 🙄 if a table is dirty oke but all the floor looked like that! Wow I was shocked and whole team 10 people behind the counter what to do and this store looks like this ....

The conditions here are getting worse and worse. Soon borders on disaster. Soon there will be no one who understands you. And the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Too bad.

Very clean MD’s, busy at lunchtime but a great place - would return
